How it works
Getting started
Every purchase earns you points, and plenty of other little things do too. Save them up, then trade them in for a discount or a reward. The more you collect, the more comes back to you.
Good news: you may have already earned some. You collect points automatically with every order, even without an account.
Want to view your points and redeem them for rewards? Then you need to create a free account first. Use the same email address as the one you order with, and all the points you have collected so far are automatically linked to your account.
Log in and head to your dashboard. Open "Ways to redeem", pick the reward you like and confirm. You will get a discount code to copy and drop in at checkout, in the discount code field. Not ready to use it yet? No rush. Your code waits for you in your dashboard, and we pop it in your inbox too.
Log in, go to your dashboard and open ""Ways to redeem"". Choose the reward you want to use.
You then add your reward in your cart. There are two ways to do this: click the reward that appears there automatically, or enter your unique code. Your discount is applied to your order total right away.
Log in and open your dashboard. Your balance is right there at the top, waiting to be admired.
Points & Rewards
A few, nothing dramatic. Points cannot be stacked with other discounts or promotions, unless stated otherwise, and they cannot be swapped for cash. Each discount reward has a minimum order value, and you will see it right next to the reward when you redeem.
Your points stay valid for 2 years. They do not expire one by one, but all together on the same date.
Good news: every time you earn points with an order, that date moves back 2 years. So as long as you keep earning, your points stay yours.
Not on an order that has already gone through, sorry. But your code is not lost. It is sitting in your dashboard and your inbox, ready for your next order, right up until it expires.
The points you earned on that order simply go back where they came from, off your balance again.

Hereinafter referred to as “we” or “us”.
1.2 These terms and conditions apply to the loyalty programme (hereinafter “the loyalty programme”), operated by QLEVR NV.
1.3 The loyalty programme applies to the brands Puckababy, AeroMoov and AeroSleep, which are all operated by QLEVR NV and offered together through a single account.
1.4 By taking part in the loyalty programme, you accept these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. These terms apply in addition to our general terms and conditions of sale and our privacy statement, which remain fully applicable.
1.5 We may update these terms and conditions from time to time. The version published on our website at the moment you earn or redeem points is the version that applies.
2. Participation
2.1 Participation is open to natural persons aged 18 or over who hold a valid account.
2.2 You take part by creating a free account via our webshop. One account per person is permitted.
2.3 Participation is personal. Points and rewards are not transferable to third parties.
2.4 Participation in the loyalty programme is intended solely for personal, non-commercial use.
3. Earning points
3.1 You earn points on purchases and by completing certain activities, as shown under "Ways to earn points" in your account.
3.2 For purchases, you receive points based on the amount paid for the order, excluding shipping costs, discounts and other charges, unless stated otherwise.
3.3 Points for a purchase are credited once the order has been completed and the withdrawal or return period has expired.
3.4 Points from non-purchase activities (such as signing up, subscribing to the newsletter, adding a date of birth or following us on social media) are credited on a one-time basis, unless stated otherwise.
3.5 We reserve the right to change the point value of activities and the number of available activities at any time.
4. Redeeming points
4.1 You redeem points via your account, under "Ways to redeem". The available rewards and their corresponding point values are shown there.
4.2 A minimum order value applies to each discount reward, as indicated with the relevant reward.
4.3 A redeemed reward is added to your basket and applied before checkout. Rewards cannot be applied afterwards, once the order has been completed.
4.4 Points and rewards cannot be exchanged for money and are not redeemable for cash or credit.
4.5 Points cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions or discount codes, unless we expressly state otherwise.
5. Validity of points and rewards
5.1 Your points remain valid for 2 years.
5.2 A reward you have activated remains valid and does not expire.
5.3 Expired points cannot be restored or converted.
6. Returns and cancellations
6.1 If you return or cancel an order, or part of it, the points you received for that order will be deducted from your account again.
6.2 If a reward or discount was applied to an order that you subsequently return, the value of the points used may be offset against the amount to be refunded.
6.3 In the event of a negative points balance resulting from a return, future points earned will be applied to that balance first.
7. Birthday
7.1 Add your child’s date of birth and receive points on their birthday to celebrate the occasion. To be eligible, the date of birth must be registered at least 30 days before the birthday.
7.2 Once the date of birth has been added, it can no longer be changed.
8. Referring a friend
8.1 When you refer a friend, you receive points once the referred person has completed a first order.
8.2 The referred person must be a new customer with a new account. We reserve the right to refuse or reverse points if we suspect misuse.
9. Misuse and fraud
9.1 We reserve the right to refuse, withdraw or reverse points and rewards, and to exclude an account from the loyalty programme, if we suspect misuse, fraud or conduct that breaches these terms and conditions.
9.2 Misuse includes, among other things, creating multiple accounts, manipulating activities, and any use that does not align with the purpose of the loyalty programme.
10. Changes and termination
10.1 We may change or terminate the loyalty programme, the point values, the rewards and these terms and conditions at any time.
10.2 In the event of a material change or termination, we will inform participants through an appropriate channel, for example by email or via the website.
10.3 If the loyalty programme is terminated, we will set a reasonable period within which you can still redeem your remaining points. After that period, any remaining points will expire without any right to compensation.
11. Data processing
11.1 To operate the loyalty programme, we process personal data, including your account details and, if you choose to share it, your child's date of birth. We use the service Influence.io for this purpose.
11.2 Your data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy.
12. Governing law
12.1 These terms and conditions and the loyalty programme are governed by Belgian law.
12.2 Any disputes arising from or relating to the loyalty programme will be submitted to the competent courts of the judicial district of East Flanders.
